I placed an order with Hobart Mint on 26 January and the experience from start to finish was extremely disappointing. After placing the order, I emailed three separate times and received nothing but automated replies. There was no communication at all. I eventually left a 1‑star Google review about the lack of customer service. On 17 February, I received a phone call from the owner who was very unpleasant and told me the order would not be fulfilled unless I removed the review. I found this behaviour completely unacceptable. I attempted to call back on 18 February—no answer, no return call. I emailed the same day confirming the review had been taken down and requesting that my order be fulfilled. I emailed again on 24 February with no response. The order finally arrived on 5 March but throughout the entire process I never received a single genuine reply—only automated emails. Threatening not to fulfil a paid order because of a negative review is unprofessional and inappropriate. Customers should be able to give honest feedback without being pressured or intimidated. Communication and customer service were extremely poor from start to finish and I will not be a returning customer.

The owner of Hobart Mint is a real gentleman. He was very patient in answering all my husband’s questions. His prices are the best when comparing with other dealers. Excellent service and a joy to deal with! We highly recommend this company.

I have the 3 collectibles. Wish I had the opportunity to get the gum nuts. Bought a few Cradle Mountain rounds. Absolutely stunning 😍 I received the Iron Pot Lighthouse round just before Christmas.
