Don’t even bother going there. Me and my partner walked in to look for some wedding rings just now. We picked one and asked to try. The woman said they need an ID from us and mentioned everyone is asking for it which is a lie because we have browsed at many places, even bought one from Michael Hill and no one ever asked us to present our IDs. Never going back here again. Felt discriminated.

This shouldn't even be 1 star. I don't know who these women think they are however their attitudes are just horrendous. I had a terrible experience a while back and escalated to their complaints department where they literally supported their store members and I swore I would never return, but today I wanted some pressies for Chrissie and was met with the exact same experience. I won't bother contacting their complaints department but will never spend another cent with Prouds. Looking at the reviews it's pretty clear there is a problem here and I'm certainly not alone.

Came in to get a replacement silver chain as clasp broke on mine. Rather than trying to sell me a new one like I planned to, the employee suggested to just replace the clasp, saving me lots of money. They also installed it on the chain too. Appreciated the honesty and service.

Wonder why they have such bad ratings! Thumbs up to the lady working at the counter today. I hope you get the SARCASM!

Came in on a Saturday afternoon and was the worst customer service. The shop was dead with no customers in it i walked in got looked at by the 2 lazy rude staff no hello no smile no help they just put there heads down and start talking to each other. I’m walking around the store trying to find the mens rings and even say out loud "where’s the mens rings do they have any" they look and don’t say a word. At this point i’m annoyed and thinking how do these 2 girls have a job where u actually need customer service and they have none at all. There’s people out there that actually want to work and struggle getting jobs then u have to rude lazy girls like this that get paid to do nothing.

Went in today around 2:30pm on Sunday 2nd of March and the two staff were unhelpful and not very friendly either. Customer service these days is just rubbish. You're paid to do a job, so show up to work with a smile on your face happy to do your job or let someone who wants to work have your job, it's very simple ladies.

I was in today and was served by a lady, i think her name was Isabella, she was super polite and great help with picking out a present for my niece. Make sure when you go in, you ask for Isabella! recommend her highly!!
