Came here to get a car key cut first impressions were great young bloke was nice and assured me it would not be an issue and would take 15 mins came back after to him saying I need to get the code for the key for their machines to cut it, fair enough, went and grabbed the code for them just to be told to come back the next day now usually I’d say fair enough but they had more than 20 mins until close and the way they shooed me off with attitude after they sent me on a mission for this code was extremely disappointing and has definitely put me off from ever returning. I went upstairs to a bloke who was about to close up in 15mins did my key no fuss in under 10 minutes. Would not recommend Mister Minit.

I returned a remote that was unused. They were happy to give me a credit note for $69, but as it was 6 years since I used them, this is not acceptable. The store owner was great, but this is about a company policy that stinks. Yes the voucher lasts indefinitely, but it will probably get lost or forgotten about over the next 5 plus years. The policy needs to change,

Darren was absolutely exceptional and did a brilliant job sorting me out for a spare key for my 2020 Hyundai i30 MY21. Super helpful and easy to work with, and got the job done with haste. Thanks Darren! 😁

Steer clear of this shop. My watch was totally fine. They swapped the battery, and now there's water under the glass. I just wanted a new battery, not a broken watch.

Hubby had watch glass replaced and a battery replaced as well as minor watch repairs. Darren is so friendly and super efficient at what he does. His female assistant was equally helpful. How refreshing to get such great service!

Ruby & Darren amazing and helped me to reprogram my car key without charging. Great service and friendly team! Not the first time they have been very helpful!!
