We had a ring resized and are extremely satisfied with the service. Despite time constraints, they were able to complete the work on the very same day, which we truly appreciated. The consultation was excellent, and they even took the time to show us their workshop, which made the whole experience feel very professional and transparent. Highly recommended!

Took an item to Leon Baker jeweller's for possible repair. My expectations were surpassed, when my item was repaired while awaiting was a great outcome, the repair cost was very very reasonable,

Terrible customer service!!! Six weeks ago, we went into Leon Baker Jewelers to order a ring for my wife's birthday. She had picked a ring from a brochure Coral Bay Collection, style, gem stones, etc. The assistant had worked out the price, also conferring with a supervisor on some aspects and did the sizing. We were given a price of $1,300 told it would take around 6 weeks to make and gave a deposit of $300. On the 6th week, I called the store asking when to expect the ring. They said they would get back to me. The following day the assistant got back to me to tell me they hadn't started the ring as they couldn't make it for the quoted price - if I still wanted the ring, it would cost $3,150. The assistant was very upset and apologized repeatedly but I asked why it had taken so long to get back to me, and if I had not called ??? They said they would refund my deposit which they had held for nearly 6 weeks. Very poor.

Absolutely amazing customer service by the whole team, did such an amazing on my engagement ring, couldn’t recommend enough🥰

On holiday and my Sisters watch band broke. Beautiful store. Very helpful staff.
