We visited Mialls on Friday, 12 September 2025 to purchase our first firearms, and Zach was outstanding from the moment we walked in. He was patient, professional, and incredibly helpful, taking the time to explain all the options and suggest great alternatives to suit our needs. His expertise even impressed my husband (no easy feat!). We’re thrilled with both the service and the products we purchased. Couldn’t recommend Zach and the team at Mialls more highly. This place is awesome friendly staff and a great atmosphere. They have a wide selection of guns and a lot of cool gear to check out. Special shoutout to Cam an absolute legend! Incredibly knowledgeable, approachable, and just a genuinely great guy. He made my visit even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Ordered a firearm and left a substantial deposit. Delivery date was changed four times and I eventually lost any confidence it would be delivered at all. Requested deposit back, incorrect amount was returned. Staff regularly do not return calls or emails. Would not use store again for any purchase as they do not value their customers.

All I can say is beyond fantastic! I spoke to John the gunsmith regarding my lever action that was jammed, I told him I had a trip coming up and I needed done ASAP. He told me to leave it with him, I got my gun back after one day. If anyone has a problem that needs to be fixed or a gun that needs to be serviced see John the gun smith! I highly recommend this place they are great people. I will definitely be back here soon!

Great helpful Staff. Impressive stock. Prompt service. Interesting Museum, lots of history, so much to see. Amazing displays throughout the store.
