Annys jewellers has got to be the most professional, caring and talented makers in Melbourne!!! I had the most amazing experience dealing with repairs on my engagement ring. They custom designed both my engagement and wedding rings to build my dream 11 years ago. I poped into the store to casually ask about repairs, thinking I’d leave it with them and see it in a month?! I mentioned I don’t live in vic any more now located northern NSW I’m just here visiting my dad, and harry asks me "when do you go home" I said tomorrow 9am I’m flying out! He looked at me and said "oh goodness you didn’t leave me with much?! I’ll give it a go" (I only arrived that morning!) With carpet replacement happening in the store that afternoon too I couldn’t believe the dedication and commitment to his craft and his customers! Walking away I felt so lucky we chose annys all those years ago u could feel the passion and care & without doubt I had a txt at 7.30 am "your ring is complete and ready to collect" astounded and completely grateful to not have to worry about the post loosing my rings I collected my stunning rings repaired and looking like they day I got them. Was recommended to come and see Harry here at Anny’s by another jeweller, and for great reason! Harry was incredibly thorough and helpful, he took the time to stand with my sister and I and listen to our story, providing us with great detail on many options for our heirloom jewellery.
