JB Hi-Fi Coomera

Amazing customer service. I was greeted when I walked in and was approached by one of the sales guys straight away. Wayne was so helpful while I was buying my Apple Watch. He processed the sale at his work station with his hand held and then I was on my way. Sometimes you just want to go in and out and today was one of those days. I will definitely be back, loved my experience. Thanks Wayne 👍🏼

Came in during boxing day sales needing an office setup - laptop, monitor + accessories - and needed help as I don't know much about tech. Want to give a big shout out to Kane who assisted me; he was super knowledgeable, friendly and didn't rush me through the sale. I was really happy to have such great customer service as I was relying on him to guide me to the right products. Bought everything I needed and am super happy with what I got!

Excellent service. I was a bit anxious about a replacement of a faulty item I purchased a month ago. Grace communicated by email in a prompt & professional manner and also welcomed me at the shop. Honestly, such good service. Grace is efficient, fast, a multi tasker - she was responding to colleagues non stop whilst serving me ( email. Text. Print teceipt). What can I say - I was impressed !!

Had the pleasure of working with Hayden in the TV department at Jbhifi Coomera Westfield. The knowledge and advice that Hayden has helped us make an informed decision about what was best for us. His customer service was impeccable and he even went out of his way to help us bring our items to our car. If you ever get the chance to work with him you won’t be disappointed!

If I could give 10 stars for your staff member Sam (English lady) I would. She was extremely helpful and compassionate in a highly stressful situation. If you need to buy anything go straight to her, she will make sure you get what you need.

Shoutout out to Bree from JBHIFI Coomera!! She was so helpful and kind to me when I came in with my broken Airpod Max headphones today. I definitely could understand how the return was an annoying process as they don’t often get duty free purchase returns but she did her thing and figured it out for me. Thank you so much bree you and your team were so lovely from the moment I walked in to the moment I left! 😊

Got a great deal on a new monitor thanks to the wonderful team here. Props to Chloe, who helped me find the right monitor while filling in from another department, and to James, who sorted out the purchasing and bubble wrapping and even threw in a HDMI cable with it. Would buy from here again 🙂
