Universal Store

Always love coming to the Coomera store, the vibe is so nice compared to most Universal Stores and the staff are lovely. Today I came in looking for a dress that I saw online, Allegra helped me find it and checked to see how the outfit was fitting on me. She was super lovely and helpful, and was interested in the reason behind my purchase.

Great store with lovely products and the staff are gorgeous Very helpful and friendly, they were very nice to me I bought a new medium sized carry bag or shoulder pouch for travel, it is really good quality with plenty of zips and pockets, so that will be very handy. The price was good, it was on special Nestled in the Westfield shopping centre, this is a good store for little children's shoes, which look so cute Disabled access is good ♿️ It is an interesting little shop, very well set out It is beautiful place to look at and has lots of lovely things inside, an ideal store to buy presents for friends, family and those less fortunate as well

porscha was absolutely amazing, she made my experience so special by bringing me all different outfits and she was always so happy to help made me feel so comfortable. I walked in there only to buy 1 think and led with 3 whole outfits. This girl honestly deserves a promotion she was amazing! 🤍

Good size shop! Heaps of variety and quality service. Leaving a review because i went in today not sure if we would buy some sunglasses for my partner and walked out with 2 pairs! The staff were so friendly and helpful. Make you feel right at home as soon as you walk in and help you with your choice the entire time without being too pushy. I was so happy with the service as you don't see a retail team like that anymore. Really nice shop! 😁

Was in the store earlier today and received easily the best service I have received at a store ever. Didn’t catch the names of the staff on, but all were as helpful and inviting as each other, and it didn’t feel to be for the sake of sales. Great customer experience and will be going back there whenever the wardrobe needs another update. Thanks guys!!

had the best gal named porscha bring me so many different options and was so eager to help me out. i didn’t even buy anything and she was so kind about it. she was so amazing and made me feel so comfortable 💕💕💕💕

Girls Bonnie and her manager Emma are amazing. Walked in looking like something out of the walking dead came out looking like something from gossip girl. After helping me finding a dress and size, these girls steamed the dress and everything. Would recommend to anyone x
