The girl working on Sunday morning 8th Feb was amazing. Repaired the clasp on my By Charlotte bracelet free of charge in about 2 minutes! Have walked past this store many times having never been in, but will absolutely be back due to the great customer service and seemingly lovely pieces as well!
I had an incredible experience with Reflections Jewellery and cannot recommend them enough. I wanted to get my jewellery gold plated and Becky was the first to reach out and give me exactly what I wanted. Even though I am in a different state to the business, and everything was done via messages, Becky made the entire process so easy and she managed to deliver my jewellery back to me all in one piece and it all looked beautiful. I’m so grateful for the care Becky and the rest of the team, put into my jewellery and I would highly recommend to go to them for any jewellery needs that you may have.
