Got a number of pieces repaired and cleaned, most gold but also silver, and they did an amazing job! They were reasonably priced and very easy to work with. Some items got quoted first, and I was happy to go ahead with all repairs. Highly recommend using Portobello to fix or clean any special pieces.

We had one of our best moments of life, in Portobello shop in Greensborough shopping centre, as we purchased a male wedding ring for my husband (to be) in a week time. The amount of warmth, kindness, care, patience, and the advise to find the best and most suitable ring for our occasion was beyond expectation. We were treated just like a family member. Many thanks to Maya the business owner and team
