Lovisa

I paid 32.99 for a pair of earrings that were "‘gold plated" turns out they weren’t because my ears were really sore and red after . I have bought better jewelry on temu tbh.. Will not purchase again

Really hope they could have an umbrella busket in store. I left my umbrella just outside their store and went shopping because I don't want their floor to be wet. However it was taken just with 2mins...shouldn't have cared about the merchant...if they aren't considerate

got my lobes pierced (3rd hole), and the girls were really invested to find the perfect placement on my " unique " lobes 😂 thank you for your time ladies!

The ladies did great job piercing my daughter's ears at same time and then mine. Both ladies were very kind and friendly despite the busy rush they had. Thank you ladies, sorry I didn't get their names but appreciated your good customer service too, very good feeling comfortable from you both my daughter was comfortable with you both.

Was told to wait 40 mins for a piercing and went back after 40 mins and was told they didn't have time for me today, if you know you dont have time why would you tell me to wait 40 mins?

Unfortunately my experience was disappointing. I bought a new piercing for my belly button (and was super excited as it was gorgeous), after wearing it for three days it fell out. I took it back a week after purchase date and was told by the lovely girl in the shop that this is a threadless piercing - so it pops right out without screwing. I noticed this when putting it in, but thought since it was designed this way (and I was not warned at time of purchase) it would be fine and not fall out unexpectedly. I went back expecting a resolution of sorts as I just bought it and I was sure there was a return policy in place for damaged/faulty products, but after the shop assistant rang the manager I was informed they would not give me a return, a discount or a replacement due to it being returned without a box and the top part (that fell out) missing. They even found my recipt in the system... I don´t make a habit of saving boxes after they are opened (and wont start as I don´t plan on being a return costumer), but if you choose to buy from this shop I highly recommend saving your boxes, receipts, etc The shop assistant was lovely and sweet, so I appreciate her and her time calling the manager for me and trying her best to accommodate the situation.

My partner bought a four pack of nose ring, they had no opening or closing latch or ball, she had to bend it to get the ring on and bend it closed (would not even close completely even after an hour of trying). Jewellery is unfunctional. Don't waste your money.
