I recently visited this lovely jewellery shop again after more than 10 years, and I was so touched by the experience. Many years ago, I had my ring repaired here and remembered the great service, so I decided to come back to have my diamond ring checked. The staff were incredibly kind and professional—they carefully inspected my ring and the setting of the diamond, and assured me that everything was still in great condition. They even gave it a beautiful clean and polish. When I offered to pay for their time and care, they kindly said it was free of charge—as a courtesy for being a returning customer. I was honestly so impressed and deeply grateful. It's rare these days to find service that is both skilled and genuinely caring. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this jewellery shop to anyone. Thank you again for such a wonderful experience!

Went into Wallace Bishop Cairns Central today to complete an exchange after the jewellery purchased for my wedding broke on the second time it was worn (these were not cheap earrings). This transaction went well however I am still concerned about the quality and am worried about wearing them and them breaking once again. After this I asked about jewellery cleaning which the lady shared they do. They "cleaned" mine and my husbands wedding ring. Mine turned out ok then they handed back my husbands band which was very discoloured and had burn marks all over it. I went back to enquire and the response I got was "there is silver on this band and should buff out". The lady tried to tell me that I handed her the ring in that condition. I then went to another jeweller in Cairns Central who confirmed that the ring had been burnt. I have now had to send my husbands wedding ring away to be repaired. 100% DO NOT recommend having any jewellery cleaned here. 🙁

Christina was super helpful with adjustment and warranty for my watch I purchased online. I work long hours and have been putting off dealing with the issue, unexpectedly I was helped more than I had intended. Great service, solved an issue that’s bothered me for some time and replaced the whole bracelet under warranty without the need for head office to send a new one up. Honestly so happy with the outcome, I’ll be coming in store next time to purchase my next time piece. Thanks so much Christina, hopefully head office gives you a well deserved pay rise!

What an absolute 5 star experience I had today at this jeweller. Went in with my elderly father to get a watch link adjustment. The lovely staff member was so gentle, kind and patient with my father. If you want honest and good old fashioned service with a smile, go here, you will not be disappointed. Thank you to that woman who helped us today, I don’t know your name but you’re an absolute gem.

5 stars! The staff is super nice and helpful, and Genti (the jeweler) was so kind. She went above and beyond to help me, and she adjusted my jewelry to my satisfaction. I would definitely come back if I were from around here!

Extremely happy with the service at this jeweller. I took in my watch to get resized and the girl who did it was so sweet. She made conversation with me, went above and beyond to get the perfect fit for me and was so patient when I was being annoying and kept asking her to take another link off to get the perfect fit. So happy I chose this jeweller to get my watch resized. 🫶🏼

Had the best customer service from Christina at Wallace Bisop. Unusual situation but she looked outside the square and assisted with my purchase. Very grateful for all her help. The watch we purchased is stunning and my friend with absolutely love it!! Definitely recommend 😊
