Great service at Ruffell Jewellers. He was really approachable, easy to talk to and fixed the claw on my diamond ring on the spot, which I really appreciated. I had previously been to another jeweller shop in Bendigo that sent it away to be fixed and it came back unfixed, so I was very grateful for the quick help.

Today was my second visit to this store and I must say it was remiss of me not to have posted a review after my first visit but I will correct this by my review today. I had my watch band altered and my husband had his ring cleaned, nothing is ever to much trouble for this young man and his advice regarding our jewellery was very much appreciated. I would have no hesitation in recommending this store for any jewellery or repairs that you may require. Great to see there is still old fashion customer service.

I’ve just received my engagement and wedding bands from Martin, I am so overwhelmed, I could not have been happier, Martin ‘got me’ he understood my design I had in my head, the delivery was literally out of this world, so much better than I anticipated, cost was negligible considering what I received. Martin you are a true craftsman and I would not trust anyone else to help me with my jewellery - thank you so so much ❤️

Dave is truly wonderful! We had a design of a pendant we wanted made for our daughters who were born sleeping. We wanted it to be perfect. We had high expectations with design. Dave was incredible from start to finish. Dave put so much love and care into making our pendant from scratch and it is absolutely perfect, just like we wanted. I will forever have this pendant/necklace near my heart to remember our daughters and we can’t thank Ruffell Jewellers enough for making that possible. We highly recommend Ruffell Jewellers for anyone looking for a piece of jewelry to be made. Their work is incredible.

Not just for the true artisan craftsmanship of a new piece - I’ve bought earrings, had Jewellery repaired, bought watch bands and had batteries changed as well. I’d give it 10 stars if I could!

I recently had Ruffell jewellers remodel my wedding ring and Dave was great . He spent the time with me to talk over what I wanted, after he sent me the drawings of what it would look like we went ahead and within a few weeks my ring was ready and it looks amazing.
