The folks at Ken Ross Jewellers did an excellent job at repairing an old clock that had been in the family for years, doing so in a timely manner and at a very reasonable price. Would definitely recommend Glen to anyone in need of a clock/watch repair etc.
Love the service provided by them for repairing my Tissot watch. They were knowledgeable, super clear in their communications and the work they performed was excellent. Best of all they price they charged was quite reasonable as well. Definitely recommend.
Just a big shout out for Ken Ross Jewellers. My husband took my watch to them for what I thought was a new battery. The gentleman serving had a look at it for a minute or so and said it just needed unjamming mechanically. He didn't charge a cent. Thanks so much. We do use Ken Ross Jewlellers regularly but obviously do not go often and it is always me that goes anyhow, so the service was all in good faith.
Glen fixed my Swiss watch with care and love . He explained the cause and symptoms and fixed my watch in 20 minutes at a fair price ! I recommend this business highly for good old fashioned service !
Excellent and friendly service. Had my 1988 Citizen Analogue-Digital watch overhauled. It took several weeks to get a worn out part.😃👍 These days it's difficult to find an experienced watchmaker to repair anything that is mechanical or analogue. Thank you Ken Ross Jewellers.🙂
