Adele, the Showroom Manager, was absolutely wonderful. She was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely interested in finding the perfect ring for both me and my fiance. She took the time to explain all the details and made the whole process effortless. Once we had purchased the rings the correspondence from Cullen was amazing, we received updates about our rings and when they were ready for pick up, we received videos of our rings which was a lovely touch.
