Naomi Murrell - Flagship Store

I am not from Adelaide but wandered in on a trip a few years ago and bought some rings that I've been wearing every day since. I loved them so much I went back last year when in town and bought some more pieces to mark some big life things. When I recently had a follow up question about one of the earrings I received the kindest, personalised prompt service to resolve. Beautiful jewellery and an excellent small business.

I could not speak more highly of my experience at this store earlier today! There was a pricing difference between what I intended to buy and what was available, and the very generous and friendly Dave helped resolve this. He also observed my own style and recommended pieces he thought I might like, which was attentive. His service was truly above the port of call. Disappointing. Initially great customer service. The first time i used them one of them bent so went back to get them reshaped. They held onto them for 3 months, i called multiple times with no answer. When i finally went in they said as they get their earrings made in Bali they cannot fix them. Wouldnt shop here again.

Amazing experience. Was walking by with a friend, decided to go in. Customer service was on point and my friend and I ended up leaving with matching rings. So cute ☺️
