Customer Reviews
Janina Florist has a rating of 3.6 out of 5 based on over 32 reviews on Google
Flowers are lovely enough although not much variety. Staff an are a little lacking in customer service. Also when did flowers get so expensive? $50 for a small boutique of gerberas, and additional $10 for basic greenery and $25 for a vase around 15cms tall. The location is convenient though when needing to buy flowers in a hurry.
The flowers are nice. But people working there are very rude. They yelled at me for being too close to the flowers when I was trying to point out which bunch I wanted. They are lack of customer service mindset. Yep! This horrible experience ruined the exciting feeling of me trying to surprise my sister in law on her birthday.
Fast and great! I called ahead and said I would like some natives and they were ready when I arrived 10 mins later. And they look great! Would recommend
The best flower shops in town , I called the day before because I want to pick up my wife in airport they tried my best to get me a bouquet of red rosses ( its hard getting it near christmast ) and they done a good job as always , the flower is fresh look beautiful with the wrapping and all 👍👍 Recommend for anybody need a flower in sydney 😘😘
Bought a beautiful bunch of hydrangeas from here on Saturday. 4/5 of them were completely wilted by Tuesday. Pretty disappointing for $60.
Very rude. Woman snappy and eyeing me like I was going to steal.
OMG!!!! Such beautiful, high quality flowers. I purchased a bunch of Stargazer lilies for my mum on mother's day. They have all opened up to the most amazing display of an eye catching talking piece. It is one week from the day I gave them to mum and they look like they will last another 2!! I highly recommend Janina Florist to anyone wanting beautiful arrangements that will highly impress!!!
