Flower Forum did an absolutely amazing job with our wedding flowers. Tee was incredible to work with, so responsive over email and completely calm and accommodating when we had a few last-minute changes. Everything was delivered on time and in perfect condition. She even sent through photos for approval before finalising, but honestly, I didn’t change a thing they were absolutely perfect. We couldn’t have been happier!

Created the most beautiful bright custom bouquet of flowers for my sisters birthday and at a great price. The florist had such an eye for detail and artistic flair with the colour and flower combos, appreciated the small bouquet of flowers attached to bow. Such a difference between supermarket/servo flowers and local florist care, highly recommend!

I have chosen to update my previously positive review following my most recent experience with Flower Forum. I’ve used them on many occasions in the past and have always been happy, which makes this experience particularly disappointing. I ordered flowers in-store for my civil ceremony, clearly explaining the occasion and showing reference photos on my phone. Unfortunately, this was not noted. When I collected the flowers, they were fully wrapped as a standard bouquet. As a result, on the morning of my wedding, I had to spend time unwrapping them and cutting the stems to size myself, something I should not have had to do on such an important day. When I raised this feedback privately, given my history as a repeat customer, the response I received was very poor. I was initially told that I had not mentioned the occasion or shown any photos, and that what I was describing would have cost three times the price. Only after I suggested they review their in-store cameras did they acknowledge that I had shown photos, yet the responsibility was still placed back on me. To add to the disappointment, the flowers wilted within a matter of hours. That same weekend, my partner also spent over $150 on flowers that did not last five days. The quality and, more importantly, the handling of this situation have left me extremely disappointed. Sadly, I won’t be returning as a customer.

I've come here many times and the bouquets are always so gorgeous and fresh! So so cute. Perfect for graduations and thank you gifts at UNSW! The prices are also so reasonable. Both the photos below are the small seasonal bouquets but they are quite big for "small"!

Tee was wonderful. She made beautiful arrangements that everyone loved. The bridal and bridesmaids’ bouquets were stunning and lasted long after the wedding day. I heartily recommend Tee and Flower Forum.
