I’ve ordered flowers from here multiple times for birthdays and get-well occasions, and the service is always excellent. Holly is always lovely, friendly, and genuinely willing to help, which makes the whole experience so easy and pleasant. The flowers are consistently beautiful and thoughtfully arranged. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this florist and will definitely continue ordering from them. I also recommend them to people that I deal with working in the health industry.
Might have been spoilt in past from other Florists ... but to have hydrangea flowers in a $100 arrangement is very disappointing... Admittedly, it was week before Christmas, but if stocks or selection were limited should have mentioned... very disappointed luckily it wasn't a special occasion or really important
I buy flowers for my girlfriend from here for every special occasions. They are always so friendly polite and more than helpful! Today I had to change the delivery address at the last minute and it wasn't an issue at all! Love the service from you his thankyou so much
Generally these guys are really good but must have got the owner on a bad day. I attempted to take a faulty helium balloon back that was less than 12 hours old. Owner made me feel small, popped the balloon with her scissors after I refused to take a deflated balloon back to my young son who was already disappointed. I've just left the industry of 15 years & wouldn't even dream of treating a customer the way I was spoken to. Use with caution; they obviously won't be prepared to offer any compensation if their product is less than satisfactory.
This person doesn't know how to run a business, when I told the owner they delivered dead flowers the basic response was bad luck. There's much better places to order flowers, try Belflora, amazing service and floral arrangements.
I have gone through amaranthine several times and the service aswell as the flowers is more then 5 stars! If I could give them more I would. Beautiful flowers with great service! Can't ask for much more!
Beautiful flowers everytime. Fabulous staff are always able to create and deliver the perfect arrangement for any occasion. Wouldn't go anywhere else
