Film and Foliage

It’s been almost three months since our wedding and I’m still blown away by the stunning floral art Ash created for us. Film and Foliage has always been my dream florist, and getting to work with Ash for our big day was honestly a dream come true. In the lead-up, Ash was such a calming, grounding, and creative force - exactly what I needed amongst the chaos. On the day, the arrangements were everything I had imagined and more. They completely captured the vibe I was hoping for and are hands-down one of my favourite parts of our wedding photos. The flowers were also very quickly snapped up at our recovery brunch - proof that our guests loved them just as much as we did! Thank you from the bottom of my heart Ash, you are worth your weight in gold. We are very grateful you were part of our day.

Ash did our flowers for our wedding back in June 2023. She was so lovely to work with and SOOO accommodating to our vision but also our budget. She brought our vision to life and wow she went above and beyond our expectations. I requested calla lilies as my bridal bouquet and she delivered!!! She suggested to use them as well for table arrangements and wow they looked good. The flowers were so fresh, unique and her arrangements were just sooo creative. Thank you so much!

Ash is truly in a class of her own. When I got engaged, I begged my now-husband to go with her for our wedding florals because there just wasn't anyone else on her level. Her design skills are phenomenal — the way she knows how to combine flora to tell a story is breathtaking. Throughout the entire wedding planning process (and on the day!) she was professional, upbeat, and a welcome presence amidst the chaos of a wedding. I look back on our photos and am so happy when I see her lovely work. I gave Ash a loose brief without specifying any types of flowers, and I am so glad I did. She arranged some breathtaking displays that just looked so beautiful in photos, and real life. It is such a shame that flowers are not meant to last forever, because I wish I could save every one that she used on the day! If you are lucky enough for Ash to have availability on your day, then my only advice is to jump on that chance. I still cannot get over the service that she provided, I am just so impressed. I had followed Film & Foliage on social media for a while and when it came time for my own wedding I knew I needed Ash! Ash is incredibly talented and her work is one of a kind, she brought the vision to life and created the most amazing florals for our wedding. I told her what flowers I liked and the colour scheme and left the rest up to her. I was completely blown away on the day, the ceremony flowers were incredible and I shed a tear when I saw the bouquets for the first time, the dahlias were to die for! Ash was incredibly easy to deal with and she made the whole process so much less stressful. The staff at our venue even said how amazing and lovely her and her team were to work with. We had such a great experience with Film and Foliage. From looking at their previous arrangements, we knew that Ash would create something beautiful and we were not disappointed! The flowers were a dream! Ash is so talented at what she does and made the whole planning and day of process so easy. We really wanted vendors that we could give creative licence to so we could have fun planning our wedding and have a lovely surprise on the day! That is exactly what we had with Film and Foliage. What Ash created was so incredible and fit the feel of our wedding and us as a couple so well. Throughout the whole process she was so responsive and gave such great advice. We just wanted to express our deepest gratitude for the absolutely sensational work Ash did with the floristry for our wedding. From a simple Pinterest board, Ash was able to bring our fairytale vision to life in a way that was beyond anything we could have imagined. Every detail, every arrangement was breathtaking and perfectly captured the essence of an English countryside wedding. The installation at our reception venue was truly a masterpiece and became the talk of the weekend amongst our guests! They couldn’t stop commenting on the beauty and uniqueness of it all. ASH! From my first meeting with Film and Foliage I knew that I was in good hands. Ash was so calm in helping me work out a vision for my day (which changed a couple of times) but Ash was so responsive and helpful throughout it all. WOW is all I have to say.
