ALDI Glen

I always do my grocery shopping here. The place is clean and well organized, the staff are friendly, and we always end up having a nice chat.

Aldi at The Glen SC Visited on 11/1/2021 Two obvious differences between this Aldi and two other Aldi in neighbouring suburbs, Brandon Park and Waverley Gardens, are the black colour scheme on the frames of shelving and counter cabinets and the location of the alcohol display case at the store. I like the very wide aisles, and the half height vertical freezers. The central isles are occupied by wooden crates used for displaying vegetable non-food items. It is unlikely customers can miss the full height display cabinets filled with alcoholic beverages. It is a very smart marketing strategic move.

Brand spanking new. So clean! A delight to shop in. Great bargains to pick up - as per other stores.

It's a good aldi What else do I say?

One dismissive worker here told me Aldi doesn't sell fresh sandwiches despite me buying them for the last 4 years at Aldi Prahan. Told me I must be shopping at Coles or Woolworths. Here are the sandwiches at Aldi Prahan.

Always I find the missing special buys products in this branch.

Some items for sale on discount are clearly expired. Found out after bringing it home that the packet of mini pancakes I bought had a thick growth of mould on each pancake, upon opening the packet .
