Coles Tooronga

Placed an order Monday night to pick up on Wednesday, they cancelled my order in the last minute by telling me "your ordered items are out of stock" which is 2 bags of frozen prawn. I went into the store on the same day and saw plenty of frozen prawns in the freezer - they just not on special anymore cos its Wednesday, even though I placed my order on Monday night. This store will cancel orders by lying to customers, so be careful 👎

One of the biggest Coles store in Australia. Always down on staff! The self charge system is perfect for small orders but I always have to ask someone for help as very little room for large orders. The correct balance batwing do it your self & a service provided is needed. Guy

No external bike parking, or at least none easy to spot from 3/4 sides of the whole shopping complex. I bought ice creams from here, and they were only partially frozen right out of the store. The range that this store carries is great, though.

Terrible quality of produce. I’m not sure what is going on with Coles. I call your prompt attention!!!! I normally shop at Coles Malvern and the quality has been down the hill too. I went today Monday to Coles Tooronga hoping to have better luck. Once I arrived home and unpacked all the fruits and vegetables. Unfortunately, everything I bought was rotten and ready to throw. We are living in a very inflationary environment, but you expect or hope that at least what you buy has quality. But in Coles everything is expensive and with the lowest quality ever! This is inadmissible Coles! I really call your attention to check your quality checks. Why to have rotten food in display? There is nothing about Fresh produce, you are misleading your customers!!!!This is terrible!!!! Down down quality!!

This is Coles Blue Riband store. It will give you Coles envy after you visit any other store. This supermarket is spotlessly clean, with really good signage. The speciality cheese section is well worth a browse. Lots of options. The bakery, butcher and delicatessen are also well serviced. Excellent range lots of choice. Recommended.

Good sized Coles with a large range. Often has things you don't get in smaller Coles stores. Self service checkout is efficient.

Great refurbish of Coles Tooronga. Love the Ready meals area, very conveniente for last minute lunch of dinner. Great food offer in the new deli area, a lot of new ingredients choices for food lovers!
