Grazia Restaurant

Another girls’ day out for food and nails, and this time we visited Grazia Restaurant in the east — definitely book in advance, it’s very popular. The entrance looks quite understated, but once you step inside, it opens up into a beautiful, spacious dining room with a subtle South of France vibe. The atmosphere is stylish yet relaxed, and the crowd is effortlessly chic — perfect for a long lunch with friends. We ordered calamari and a black truffle pizza among other dishes. The calamari was tender and lightly seasoned, while the truffle pizza had a rich aroma with a perfectly baked crust — crisp outside, soft inside. The flavors are refined but approachable — what I’d call "Asian-friendly Western food" — not too heavy, but still satisfying. Great service, lovely ambience, and overall a place I’d happily return to for brunch, date night, or a special catch-up.

What an amazing restaurant! The staff are absolutly increddible; make you feel so welcome and they feel so genuine - rarely do I see this level even in the most expensive places. Food is fabulous. Everything we ordered blew our mind. The duck, the steak special and especially the Zucca pizza. Our 8 year daughter loved it as well. Was our 2nd time here but we will be definately adding it to our more regular list!

I’ve heard so many people rave about this place, and every time I’ve tried to book in the past, it’s been completely full — so finally getting a reservation, I had high expectations. Safe to say, it did not disappoint. When I first walked in, it immediately felt like a local, family-friendly spot — relaxed yet refined. The interiors are beautifully neutral, filled with natural light that makes the whole space feel so warm and welcoming. We dined as a group of six upstairs, and the acoustics were surprisingly good — it was easy to talk without shouting over each other. We started with cocktails: the Apple Lychee Martini and the Spicy Margarita, both of which were delicious. For entrees, we shared the Calamari Fritti alla Joe (a spicy calamari dish that was perfectly cooked) and the Hiramasa Kingfish Crudo. For mains, we all ordered individually — I went for the Spaghetti alla Bolognese (simple, I know, but it’s my favourite), and it was one of the best I’ve had in Melbourne. At $36, it felt well worth it. Everyone else at the table was equally happy with their meals. Overall, service was quick, the food was excellent, and the setting made for the perfect group catch-up spot.

Cannot fault this place. We absolutely adored this restaurant. The staff were super lovely and helpful, decor was amazing and food was to die for. Highlights were the crab ravioli, chilli calamari and the donuts. Will definitely be back!

We visited this Italian restaurant after it was recommended by a local friend, and we came with high expectations. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. First, the water we were served had visible dirt and floating particles. We asked for it to be replaced, but the second glass still had the same issue. We ended up not drinking any of the restaurant’s water for the entire meal. We also noticed a difference in how information was shared between tables. When we ordered, the waiter only asked what we wanted to order and did not mention any specials. However, shortly after, the same waiter warmly introduced the day’s specials (including fish and steak, with prices) to the table just next to us. It was noticeable and left us feeling uncomfortable. Overall, we won’t be returning.

Outstanding dinner this evening. Impressed with above average service from first entering the multi level establishment, smiles of acknowledgment from all staff, kitchen staff smiling and greeting us and brilliant menu options (I could eat everything on offer!). The food reminded me of the Italian cuisine on a recent European trip. Flavours bold and well paired ingredients. Leave you wanting for more though portion sizes are adequate and presentation great. We didn’t get to dessert but had a shared entree and mains paired with an excellent glass of Italian Pino Grigio. Can’t wait to get back! It was a full house this evening and a little noisy but a great vibe overall.

Grazia Restaurant – Glen Iris We visited Grazia for a Sunday birthday lunch, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The restaurant itself is stunning — elegant interiors with warm lighting and a sophisticated yet inviting atmosphere that’s perfect for a special occasion. Even the bathrooms are fun and stylish, with vibrant orange wallpaper that adds a playful touch — why not feel a little Italian flair while touching up your lipstick! We started with refreshing mojitos, perfectly mixed and balanced — not too sweet, with just the right kick of mint and lime. Every dish that followed was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious, from the shared antipasti through to the mains and desserts. Each plate showcased quality ingredients and authentic Italian flavours prepared with care. The staff were friendly, attentive, and professional throughout, making us feel genuinely welcome. We also had the pleasure of meeting the owner, who was lovely and took the time to chat with us — a personal touch that made the visit even more memorable. A quick note for accessibility: there are a few steps at the entrance, so it’s best to hold the rail when entering. Parking is easy — free all day on weekends after 6 pm, and one-hour free parking available on the street during the day. Overall, Grazia is a beautiful spot for a relaxed yet refined dining experience. Great food, wonderful service, and a lovely atmosphere. We’ll definitely be dining here again.
