Bayside Centre
The Bayside Centre stands as one of the most prominent shopping destinations in Frankston, offering a comprehensive range of essential stores, including Coles, Woolworths, Kmart, and various specialty shops. Its strategic location adjacent to Frankston Station enhances accessibility, making it a convenient choice for shoppers arriving by train. The centre provides a diverse shopping experience, catering to a wide array of needs.
While the variety of stores and convenient location are notable, the absence of free parking and additional fees may detract from the overall experience. The centre could benefit from improved parking policies and maintenance of facilities to ensure a seamless shopping experience for all visitors.

One of the most decent shopping malls in Frankston. It has most basic shops you’d need such as: Coles, Woolworths, BHS, fruits, Kmart, Coffee shops, perfume shop and many others. Car Park - Just didn’t like the idea of paying for parking despite the low price. Probably because there’s a train station nearby therefore charge. I think for the first 15mins it’s free but after that it charge. Perhaps they could’ve do free parking for those that has a receipt of a minimum spending.
The biggest shopping centre in the area and in a great location — literally right next to Frankston Station, which makes it very convenient if you’re coming by train. There’s a good variety of stores and it’s easy to spend a few hours here. However, I was quite disappointed that there’s no free parking at all. For a large, corporate-run shopping centre, you would expect at least some free parking period. On top of that, being charged a 2% card surcharge doesn’t feel great either. For a major centre, these extra costs really add up and leave a slightly negative impression. Convenient location, yes — but the parking and fees could definitely be improved.
Not a bad a place to shop but it's definitely been better, it just doesn't have the same vibe or atmosphere it did 10 years ago. It's also quite frustrating that they removed the top level food court and turned it into office space. Because of this the bottom level food court has become way too crowded and you can never get a table. They should've left it as it was
As a part of my Sperm Donation Australia Tour Melbourne Leg edition, I came all the way down Frankston ways to meet a recipient and found myself here, a fairly decent sized shopping centre with a mixed variety of shops. Really enjoyed shopping here.
Shops are usual shopping centre stuff. The ouside is a disgusting mess. Council should be a ashamed of what Frankston has become.
We had a good day here today ,found what we came for ✅️ can be busy ,especially on weekends, plenty of paid parking available
Shop here at least 3 times a week only to find that some of the escalators are not working on EVERY occasion now for years, this shopping centre you also have to pay for parking, when you're elderly its certainly not ideal, NOT RECOMMENDED, go to Karingal shopping centre instead
