The Body Shop Frankston

We were served by the most wonderful, polite and well spoken young man named Anthony. I already knew the product was perfect. I especially love the mango products. The current sale is a bargain!

I bought a few tubes of this tint on sale and don't regret it. Glides on perfectly and is magic on the skin for a no makeup natural look. Can't believe I got it so cheap.

Anthony helped me greatly with a range of gifts for my wife! Great customer service!

most lovely staff! shoutout to lisa working today around 5pm she was the sweetest ever and was so helpful to me and my friend in testing our skin and giving us recommendations. she didn’t rush us and was open to answer any questions. need more people like this in retail !

For all you lost girls like me, The Body Shop is on the ground floor, directly across from the Donut King in the food court, right on the corner. Brilliant experience. My daughter came in on Wednesday to use her birthday voucher. She wanted to get a nice face wash and something special. The staff took us through her options and sat her down to test out what would be best (I'm sorry I don't remember your name but you know who you are :)) and helped her make her own decision. The staff are knowledgeable, without being pushy and the products are fantastic. They aren't as highly priced as maybe I was expecting either. Love the new sustainable range they have in store now for foundations and lipsticks. The lipstick quality is great too and that was my daughters something special. The staff also threw in a few testers and we will definitely be back.

Exceptional customer service was demonstrated to me by sales consultant Alicia. Alicia was especially cheerful and efficient in processing my purchase which I made with a complimentary $10 birthday voucher received from The Body Shop. Thanks for my free gift as I chose a little hand cream for that price!

Good effect on crow's feet
