Fairfield Forum Shopping Centre

📍 Florists in Fairfield

7.5

Fairfield Forum Shopping Centre offers a comprehensive shopping experience with a wide range of stores, including major brands like Kmart, Coles, and Aldi. The centre features both street-level and rooftop parking, making it convenient for visitors. With a variety of food options and a food court, it caters to diverse tastes. However, some areas, such as the car park and escalators, require attention to ensure safety and accessibility for all shoppers.

While the shopping centre is well-maintained and provides ample seating and public facilities, there are ongoing issues with infrastructure that need addressing. The overall experience is positive, but improvements in maintenance and customer service could enhance visitor satisfaction. The surrounding area also offers additional shopping and dining options, making it a convenient destination.

Car park Road is become horrible wrong. Major big pot holes where cars are increasingly getting damaged. So many years passed. But nothing is being done by Forum shopping centre. Yet we pay for car park. There is so much danger putting life on risk where people can’t walk after getting down from the vehicle specially vulnerable children’s, disability and older people with walkers. As vehicles are trying to avoid these pot holes and driving on wrong sides on coming vehicles. It’s so surprising no action has been taken also by major Coles, K.Mart and Mycar to lookfor their customers convenience. They don’t care safety and Hazards of commuters. It’s shocking and shameful. Hope someone is taking the responsibility of this car park.

Great shopping mall. There is street level and rooftop parking. Lots of fruit and veg shops, food court and bakeries. The big brands like Kmart Cole’s aldi are here. It’s about a 10-15 minute walk from the station so not too bad. There are public toilets and lots of areas to sit. They open early most days including Sunday where larger shops open early and the rest at 10 am. The surrounding areas have more shops and many restaurants.

The escalator has been out of service for two days, and people—especially the elderly—are really struggling to get up to the upper parking level. This escalator keeps breaking down, and the mall owners don’t want to spend money to install a new one. Either fix it properly once and for all, or put in a new escalator. Enough with taking people for fools.

Good place they upgrade the bathrooms clean from inside but they had a problem with the exit from the parking we complain to the security for this problem and they didn’t fix it yet if your car are brand-new your Car will need to fix shock absorbers

The cake shop is messy, everything is cluttered, very expensive and not fresh. The cakes are very small for 3 people $50, in other places it is three times bigger $48, these people here are robbing. I pass by there often, their cakes have been sitting in the window for 15 days, it's no wonder they end up in the trash, I will never buy anything there again.

Not too shabby. Plenty of parking, decent shops, food courts a bit small but apart from that everything else is good.
