TK Maxx Fairfield

I always enjoy browsing at TK Maxx for unique finds! However, I recently noticed some mini porcelain cups in the reduced section that were chipped. While I appreciate the reduced prices, items with damage like this can pose a safety hazard, especially with sharp edges. It would be great to see such items removed from sale rather than being offered at a discount. Just a friendly heads-up for safety!

I’ve had an extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience at the TK Maxx in Fairfield. I’ve been a loyal customer of TK Maxx for over a decade, and my family and I have always appreciated their stores. However, today’s visit was frankly unacceptable. I purchased seven items, one of which had a red sticker indicating a markdown price. When I asked Cathy, the staff member, about honoring that price, she rudely removed the sticker and told me it must have been placed by someone else, refusing to honor it. Her manner was aggressive and unprofessional, stating they would only charge the barcode price. When I reached out to Anthony, the store manager, for assistance, he was completely indifferent and made no effort to apologize or address the situation. As someone with over 20 years in retail myself, I would never treat a customer the way I was treated here. For a more professional experience, I strongly recommend avoiding the Fairfield location and visiting another TK Maxx where customers are treated with respect.

I went to TK Maxx with a friend to browse. I like the variety of clothing. I noticed brand names at affordable prices. Some mugs/cups were chipped which isn't good to see. The shop is neat and tidy. Overall I was impressed with the store and the merchandise.

Love coming to Fairfield Tk Maxx! Great finds, unique products, with exceptional customer service too. The lovely scarfed woman at the check outs made my day! She was so patient with me as I sorted through my very big basket

Very trendy store in Fairfield. The merchandise is displayed very nicely and there’s no clutter as one may see in many of the department stores around. Their staff is helpful and the prices are reasonable. The store is located inside the mall on the Ground Floor and there is ample parking space at the mall. The kids section and the home section looked very attractive. It was my first visit to the store and I will surely visit the store again.

One of my favourite shops which got lots of good offers all the time and really good brands
