Absolutely disgraceful customer service. The care factor is out the window. Massive queues never enough registers open. Why buy an item online which you think is faster, you still have to wait in line to pick it up with everyone else. I had an issue with an item rang the store over 50 times no one ever picked up. The item I spent over $50 for went in the bin as i was working didn't have time to return it and was trying to contact them to work it out and my 28 days expired. Never want to step foot in the store again. Horrible everything.

Absolutely disgusting customer service at Epping. After purchasing a $250 Roomba, the transaction went through & deducted from my account but did not process on their system. Was told to leave the item & collect once transaction not "pending." I explained it was an issue on their end. The store manager assisted then proceeded to raise her voice claiming she could not let us leave with the item as if it was free in which I asked her to stop yelling at me as we were in a public setting. Another assistant came over & Finally called their IT support where they advised yes, it was an issue on their end. After another 30 minutes of waiting I got a receipt with no apology. I have Never been treated like this at Any store in my life. Staff need training in service & manners.

Very bad customer service. I had a 10L air fryer for click and collect and also had a pram with me. I realised I forgot to grab another item and politely asked if I could quickly get it. The store lady rudely refused and told me to leave the air fryer, go find a trolley from Kmart, and then come back. Her reasoning made no sense at all. Instead of helping, she made the whole situation more difficult. Extremely poor attitude at checkout. Never visiting this store ever again.

While they have a good selection for clothes and food they are mainly known for cookware and basically nothing else, instead they made 70 percent of their store clothes something that their not good at becuase the clothes here are very cheap and questionably made with very cheap crap materials, don't come here for clothes only the cookware

Great Shop Not as Big as the one at Epping Plaza but has pretty much everything you would need. Staff were Great Generally you can park out the Front. Great Location and Great Service and the Best prices
