So impressed by how handy Office Works High St Epping Victoria was for quick photocopying of Documents we needed Certified, 7am. Amanda was so helpful and knowledgeable. Thank You Amanda and Office Works. Not just for Photocopying, but so many interesting things, Don't get out much, but will be back. Excellent Service and Cheap. Highly recommend 👌

Very disappointing experience at Officeworks Epping.I was refused a passport photo for my 5-year-old because staff claimed it was "against policy to photograph child that age," yet the manager completed the photo minutes later with no issue. Confusing, inconsistent service and poor staff training. Customers deserve clear and accurate information. Even nothing is mentioned on the officeworks website about anything like this. This store is new but staff is still same, always ready to make life difficult for the visitors.

Had a great experience here this morning. Adam was super helpful and patient in helping me select a desk and chair, he also offered to load it into the car as I could not personally lift the items. I really appreciate the kindness and professionalism. Thank you, Adam!

Horrible printing experience, staffs are really helpful, printing kiosk now every time charging extra money , using money for printing and have to wait for rest of the money back for 7days. My total amount of printing costs me $8, and kiosk deducted $16 from my bank, now I have wait 7 days for the money back. This is a stupid system. I should pay what I spent on printing, why they charge Me double? And wait for the money back.??????

I was very disappointed with the service during my visit today. Despite the staff seeing us, we waited for over 15-20 minutes without being served. Even after a team member specifically asked us to wait, no one ever returned to help us. It was frustrating to see several employees standing around talking to each other while we were left ignored. I hope management addresses this lack of attentiveness.

I had a fantastic experience at Officeworks Epping- thanks to Dilara, who went above and beyond to assist me. It was such a busy time but she handled everything so efficiently and with genuine care. It’s rare to come across someone so hardworking and attentive.
