Culinarius catering exceeded our expectations! Our guests still cannot stop talking about the pork belly main!!! It was phenomena, especially for a hot summer wedding. Noel and Bec were great to work with and made the whole process seamless!

We such an amazing experience with the whole team from culinarious on our wedding day. Not only was the venue done up beautifully but they made the day run so smoothly. I had so many compliments on the food but even more compliments on the service, many guests admitting they rarely had to go to the bar as the wait staff would see their almost empty drink and bring ask them if they wanted a refill. Bec and Noel-Marie were amazing for me and my husband, always making sure we had what we needed and that the space was too our dreams (lighting, temp ect). Our day could not have been more amazing!

Monica and Deb looked after us last night at a 60th party in Thirroul, the food they presented and served with absolute professionalism was outstanding. Holding a party is a special thing, having the utmost trust in your caterers allows us as hosts to be able to relax and enjoy the event. Thank you Monica, nothing but praise from all our guests. I just had my wedding last weekend and the staff at Culinarius we 10/10. from the first enquiry to the day of our wedding the service was exceptional. feed back from several of our guests was that it was the Wedding of the year for them. The food was beautiful for every dish we had, the service from the bar staff was amazing and the venue and overall experience was the best. I would recommend to anyone.

We just had a post-wedding recovery brunch in Kiama for 50 catered by Culinarious. The food was plentiful and delicious. The ladies’ advice about quantity and attention to food allergies was bang on. Delivered at the time promised. Thanks so much! Would absolutely recommend and use them again.

Rebecca Armstrong showered us with exceptional service from the first moment of contact. Her experience and professionalism won my confidence and I knew she could manage a complicated weekend involving back-to-back celebrations - a 60th birthday lunch, an evening formal 21st and a post party brunch on the Sunday morning. We chose a wide range from the delicious menu options. The chefs prepared and cooked on site and the food was superb. Our guests at each event raved about the food and heartily enjoyed the perfectly cooked salmon, tender, succulent lamb, incredible melt in your mouth beef cheeks and tasty chicken which waltzed off the plates. Each hor d’oeuvre was perfectly presented, cooked and offered. The staff worked tirelessly to have the food reach our marquee a good 30 metres from the kitchen, hot and perfectly cooked. The bar staff looked after each guest with personal, caring attention mixing any cocktail chosen and knowledgeable about our wine selection. "Bec" has an abundance of goodwill energy which she bought to our entire communication and particularly to the day of the event. Not only that, she coped with our house circuits tripping early on in the preparations, transferring to generator power, running out of fuel for the generator and probably some other challenges I don’t even know about. Everything was handled with calm, professionalism and the desire to ensure we had the most spectacularly enjoyable day possible. She dealt with the stress and no-one at the event knew any of this had happened as she managed to ensure each event ran perfectly on time with the schedule we had discussed. I could not recommend the team at Culinarious more highly. We were thrilled with their management of the day, attention to detail, fine food and courteous treatment. Rebecca Armstrong is a star.
