Our Company holds our National Conference each year at Twin Towns Conference Centre and we could not be more happier with this venue or the team - hence why we continue to return each year! Chrissie and her team are extremely professional, efficient and very friendly who bend over backwards to ensure every tiny detail is taken care of which contributes to the overall success of our Conference each year. No request is ever a problem which makes my job so much easier and less stressful knowing this amazing team are there to support when required. Rooms are beautifully presented, views are absolutely lovely and the food is amazing! Even our Conference Guest Speakers are quick to compliment the beautiful venue and staff which is a huge credit to the Twin Towns Conference Centre and its team. Cannot recommend this venue high enough! Perfect choice for any company, large or small, looking for a location for a corporate event which also offers group accommodation at the Mantra & Sebel - it really is the perfect venue!

We recently held a week-long conference at the Twin Towns Conference Centre, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. The team was professional and friendly - and nothing was ever too much trouble. Many of the conference spaces boast floor-to-ceiling windows with spectacular water views, creating a bright and inspiring setting for our sessions. The location is unbeatable: just minutes from the airport, steps from the beach, and surrounded by fantastic dining options for every taste. Having the adjoining Sebel and Mantra hotels made accommodation easy, with affordable and comfortable rooms for our delegates right on the doorstep. Twin Towns played a huge role in the success of our event, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a first-class venue in a stunning setting.

I have attended 3 conferences here until now and would highly recommend it. It’s a nice venue with superior facilities at a very convenient location.

Disappointing Experience at Mantra Twin Towns for Our Family Reunion We booked Mantra Twin Towns for our family reunion from Thursday, 15th May to Sunday, 18th May. While the location is undeniably beautiful, our experience coordinating the event was difficult. Our primary point of contact was the Conference & Events Sales Manager, who was difficult to communicate with. We faced significant hurdles in organising the event, which added unnecessary stress to our planning process. Unexpected Additional Charges We were surprised by the additional fees for essential items such as the microphone, dance floor, and even the cake-cutting apart from paying for the conference room $700. We were informed that only the chef could cut the cake, and we were to be charged $3 per person. Dining Experience We paid $70AUD per person for a two-course meal. Unfortunately, the main course was served cold, and the chicken was tough and inedible for many guests. This was particularly disappointing given the premium price point. Overall Impression Given the total expenditure for our group, which exceeded $10,000, we expected a higher standard of service and transparency. The combination of coordination difficulties, unexpected charges, and subpar food quality left us feeling let down. We hope this constructive feedback will allow Mantra Twin Towns to reflect on its performance for future clients.

We had the most amazing day thanks to you and all your hard work and incredible organizational skills…. The room looked and was simply perfect in every aspect, the food was out of this world incredibly delicious and yummy- everyone raved on how tender the meat was- melt in your mouth and so tasty- the veggies were so perfect as were the salads and the gnocchi- everything was simply perfect, we could not have asked for or needed anything! Deb and Remmi were so incredibly helpful and efficient, very professional and so attentive to the needs of the group- they really made our day super special, thank you for providing us with everything and more!!! Please pass on our whole families appreciation to them and to you for making our day so perfect!! We truly appreciate it!

The food provided at the conference was not up to what was expected. The chicken was dry and just warm. The sermon was smelly. The conference manager was unhelpful throughout and not flexible. However the room was nice. Expensive and not up to mark.

In November 2024 we had an Army reunion at Twin Towns, around 60 of us were in attendance over 5 days with a number of functions at the resort. The staff were great and very helpful to the organizers...the accommodation was satisfactory....and if problems arose they were quickly sorted out by a well trained team....special thanks to the RSL for their support...we will be back!!
