Stopped for a break, some coffee and snacks during our Sunday morning bike ride. Located along the popular waterfront esplanade route at Wellington Point. Plenty of places to leave the bikes along the footpath. Choice of covered terrace overlooking the Bay and Beth Boyd Park or inside dining area. Friendly service, nice coffee in takeaway cups, usual selection of pastry snacks which was exactly what we felt like.
☕️ Coffee was nice. Had a fairly good range of dishes on the menu. Kids menu is available. On the downside the table we sat at was dirty. When we asked for the table to be wiped the waiter used a dirty cloth. There are vegetarian options, gluten and dairy free options.
Total rip off merchants. Placed the order and cook leaves his station for 10 minutes. $28 for the fish and chips, no drink. Working in the area. Never again. Pathetic drink selection with a quarter full fridge with 300ml glass bottle of Coke and Diet Coke as the only soft drink choice..... and yes, that's the only drinks fridge.
Great coffee. Great food. Friendly service. Love that there’s an Asian twist to the menu choices and that our furr babies are welcome to join us.
Cannot thank the team at Blue Tongue enough for coming to my rescue today. Was supposed to have a birthday picnic in Beth Boyd Park across the road today. However, the rain had other plans. The team accommodated our group of 30-40 people inside with half an hour’s notice. Yummy food and friendly staff. We will definitely be back.
It’s a very cozy place. It’s always my "go to" place for a cuppa. The food is so yummy. The staff are so welcoming and friendly. The manager is so approachable and very positive. The place is so homey, very neat and tidy. It’s just so cozy and a very relaxing place that I can’t help but brag about it. Thank you Lyka! 😊

The seating area is perfect for relaxing with friends or working solo, and the abundance of throw pillows adds an extra touch of comfort. The space feels well thought-out and inviting. Plus, the open kitchen layout gives a nice behind-the-scenes view. Definitely a place I’d love to come back to for both coffee and calm vibes! ☕✨
