Thought I’d go out on a limb and try the bacon and cheese ripper. How gross. Only giving you those two stars because the young lady was very polite and pleasant. Looks just like the photo!
Food and service were excellent, but dont eat in there. The table tops all move and make it difficult to eat on and God forbid if you are a girl and need to use the toilet, the toilet seat is half the size it should be making it a challenge to sit on . Feel sorry for female staff having to use that all day.Red Rooster do better!
The most pathetic trop box ever. Used to get 1/4 chicken or close to & I get a drumstick ( little baby chick) & pineapple Frits. Lucky I ordered large so I got some chips to fill me up. I have a pic if red rooster would like to see how pathetic it is. Would have looked bigger in a med chip box. I suggest try another red rooster than Alex hill’s!!!!!!
Just got home and opened our "family" chips - what a disgrace! Literally a half a box!
Wife picked up 2 chicken and bacon burgers with some chips on the way home, which is only a couple of minutes down the road. Chips were warm, burgers were cold like they've just come out of the fridge. Not a happy customer
Ordered 12pc-chicken online. Provided at least 20mins for pick up, and still waited additional 15mins in drive thru. Crew on Wed, 2/10 is clueless. Asked why the waiting bays aren't getting used, so customers who are ready can get on their way... drive thru attendant said 'yes, we have waiting bays, but it has been really busy tonight, I'm sorry!' Hello, maybe use it?!?! They were all empty. Ruined my fried chicken night! Red Rooster take ownership and responsibility with their training!
Second review in 6 months. Both one star. Chicken was dry - wings overcooked. Chips cold, over cooked and oily. No more Red Rooster Alex Hills for me. There are other places to by roast chicken. Never coming back here again.
