Quatre Cafe

Wonderful little cafe. Warm, welcoming. Food and service were both exceptional. We were traveling from the United States and weren’t sure where to go. So glad we chose this as our first destination in Sydney. We ordered, and would gladly recommend the eggs Benedict, the breakfast wrap, and the avo smash. After we finished we couldn’t resist some donuts and cinnamon rolls. It was all absolutely exceptional.

recently visited Café for breakfast and was pleasantly surprised by its warm, community-driven atmosphere. The place serves both breakfast and lunch, with a clear focus on Lebanese and Mediterranean flavors — fresh ingredients, light seasonings, and beautifully balanced plates. My meal included grilled halloumi, smoked salmon, poached eggs, olives, and flatbread with za’atar — all simple yet full of flavor. The coffee was also well-made and paired nicely with the meal. Service was friendly and relaxed. It’s not the fastest place if you’re in a rush, but it feels genuine — the staff treat regulars like family. The café is owned by Christian locals who often host small gatherings or faith-based community events, which gives the place a warm, welcoming energy. It’s not just a café, but also a little meeting point for people from the neighborhood. Overall, Lemonade offers a great mix of good food, comfort, and a sense of belonging. If you enjoy healthy Mediterranean breakfasts or light lunches, and like supporting local community cafés rather than big chains, this is a lovely spot to stop by. The menu is varied enough to please both vegetarians and meat eaters, and the flavors are refreshing and authentic. I’d definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a cozy meal with a touch of Middle Eastern charm.

Visited for breakfast and had mixed feelings. The coffee was great as always — smooth and well-balanced — and I really enjoy it when the older barista is on, as you can see the passion for coffee and hospitality in every cup. I ordered bacon and eggs with aioli, but it was served with a heavy amount of BBQ sauce instead, which was overpowering and not what I expected. The Google menu also seems outdated — I’ve uploaded the latest one to help future customers. Service today felt a bit disappointing; the girl who took my order and prepared the coffee seemed grumpy and not very interested, which affected the overall experience. That said, the atmosphere is still nice and there’s plenty of parking available. With a few improvements to service consistency and menu updates, this place could be even better.

Great food (bacon and egg rolls and the smoothies!) and very welcoming owner!! Gave us the whole story of how this special place came to be… so special. We made a great choice 🥹 the beautiful owner gave us some brownies for the road!! We will be back.

Had a wonderful breakfast at Quatre, we were visiting from New Zealand and the staff were warm, very friendly and the food was delicious- perfectly poached eggs.

Absolutely love Quatre Café. The food is consistently delicious and beautifully presented, and the coffee is always great. The staff are so friendly and welcoming, which really makes the experience — you never feel rushed and it has such a relaxed, community vibe. A perfect spot for breakfast or lunch, whether you’re catching up with friends or just enjoying some quiet time. Highly recommend!
