Please dont trust the property manager Inna, she is a scammer who lies and dishonestly takes your money. we did not receive what we were promised and we were lied to. horrible 2 faced person, please chose somewhere else.

0 stars for this unhygienic place lots of spiders bug's smells like old place ( mold) nothing works inside everything is since the building is made you can't cook you have to clean the rooms before go inside everything was dust when we walk in think twice or more to stay here 😀

Pire expérience dans un logement. Celui-ci était complètement insalubre : nous avons retrouvé des chenilles urticantes et des cafards à l'intérieur. Le four et le grille-pain ne fonctionnaient pas. Nous avons contacté la propriétaire, qui nous a simplement dit de nous débrouiller. Elle est ensuite venue nous expliquer que ce n'était pas son problème si le logement était sale, selon elle, le prix étant suffisamment bas pour justifier cette situation. Je déconseille vivement à quiconque de louer un logement à cet endroit.

Wij bleven hier 4 dagen en 3 nachten met 7 . Het is groot genoeg voor 7 mensen. Onze kamer had wel slechts 2 kamers voor 6 mensen met een extra plooibedje en een sofa bed. De kamers zijn niet zo proper, met vlekken op de lakens en een duidelijke schimmelgeur. De keuken heeft alles wat je nodig hebt, maar is vrij oud. Ook in de living hangt een schimmelgeur en is vrij oud. De muren en plafonds zijn te weinig geïsoleerd, je hoort er alles door en dus werden we ‘s nachts en ‘s ochtends gewekt door burenlawaai. De eigenaar is vriendelijk maar gaf ons geen gevoel van vertrouwen. Het is het goedkoopste wat we vonden tijdens de nieuwjaarsperiode, maar was toch zijn geld niet waard.
