Albert from Industry Kitchens was very friendly, and kept in touch with me throughout the entire process. Albert was happy to answer my questions and liaise with the delivery people (rural). Our fridge and freezer were delivered in plenty of time to organise food-stuffs for the busy festive season. Love both items (3 door glass fridge and freezer) and our staff are overjoyed that they no longer have to hunt through dinosaur refrigeration to locate food for our dogs and cats (boarding kennels). Before purchasing, I checked with local refrigeration service people and the Skope brand was high on their list for reliability and ease of servicing. Thank you for a professional and relaxed approach to conducting business.

They were incredibly responsive over several months, always clear in their explanations, and made the whole process feel smooth and pain-free. We sourced everything we needed through them, and they also facilitated our SilverChef application, which worked seamlessly.
