N.S.W. Ice Cream Vans

We booked NSW Ice Cream Vans for our wedding at Cornwallis House in October as a surprise for our guests. They were prompt and we found their pricing very reasonable. They were very accommodating with the menu and our guests raved about the ice-cream. Thanks for helping to make our special day memorable!

The ice cream was so delicious. At first I was scared that I would catch a cold but then the ice cream was delicious that I couldn’t stop eating, really loved the taste.He was very sweet, he added more sprinkles on my ice cream.

Worst company I have ever dealt with. We contacted him the day before organising the van to come past lunch time. He agreed and never showed. After calling him 12 times he called back saying hi is just around the corner and was having trouble. He finally said he will come past in a few minutes and along hours went past with nothing. We never got ice cream and it was a 30degree day. He is just full of lies and excuses. Never deal with this company. Worst I have ever come across. All he had to do was just tell me the truth and not lie. Everyone in the company was upset and waited all day.. This is definitely not a fake account or I'm trying to make anyone happy. The fact is I have my own opinion and what happened today was ridiculous and unprofessional. I just wanted to explain to the rest of the world that this is how you conduct business so it dosnt happen to anyone else. If you check all my previous reviews they are all positive and they are never ever bad. Your business is the worst I have ever come across. Guys pls don't waste your time with this company. What ever happened to honesty is the best policy. Ice cream man best find a new job cause your obviously good at what you do. And just incase I didn't understand that's last bit, I was being sarcastic. Have a great night.

I highly recommend that you don’t use this business. I had booked him in months in advance for our local football club charity event and had also booked him in the week earlier for our club hosting a disability football gala day. HE NEVER SHOWED UP TO EITHER EVENT !!!!! This guy is full of excuses , communication is nearly non existent and not even an apology . Worst thing was that he said he was still coming when he clearly wasn’t !!!!!! Avoid the disappointment and stress that this person causes and book elsewhere

We booked NSW Ice Cream Vans to arrive at my daughter's 6th birthday in the park. What a hit!! The kids were so excited and the parents loved it too. The truck was on time, music playing. The birthday girl was allowed into the truck to have a look and serve an icecream or two, she was so happy. Highly recommend, and we would definitely book again!

This van was fantastic. We really enjoyed the ice creams and they were extremely delicious and enjoyable. My coffee was brewed to perfection and loved the coffee to the last drop. I will definitely recommend them
