He’s friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly takes pride in what he does, making every visit feel personal and welcoming. The shop may be modest in size, but it offers an impressive variety of meats—everything from grass-fed, grass-finished beef to marinated cuts and handmade sausages. Their blood sausage is a standout—well-balanced and rich without being overpowering. It’s the only one I’d personally go back for. Regular customers, including many Chileans, travel over an hour to stock up here. That says a lot about the quality and consistency. The store is full of character, with hanging sausages, traditional products, and touches of Chilean culture throughout. It’s not fancy, but it’s authentic—and the meat speaks for itself. Their ribs and chorizo are absolutely amazing. Went there for the first time today. I bought a small rib and some thick chorizo and cooked them both over charcoal as directed by the staff there. Gtfo its the best ribs I've have in the longest time. Its like a food orgy in my mout. Definitely 100% will be buying all my pork ribs from here for the rest of my life.

I finally went into this amazing butcher store after just noticing it a few weeks backs. The level of customer service that the staff have for their customers is amazing. The lady I was talking to was extremely knowledgeable and proud of the products. We had a nice little chat. I look forward to trying for the Chilian and Colombian sausages I bought, as well as the blood sausage. I will definitely be returning.
