Glengarry Private Hospital

I am so impressed with this hospital. My mother is having immunotherapy treatment in the Waratah suite and stepfather receiving end of life care in Sandalwood. I am an ex nurse and I am so impressed with the exceptional care both are receiving. It’s a small beautifully appointed and well equipped hospital but the care is fabulous. From the cleaning to catering to nursing staff who are respectful and caring. It restores my faith in the hospital system. Thank you to you all

At first, the hospital felt a lot smaller than I expected, but it actually turned out to be perfectly adequate and well organised. Every staff member I interacted with, from the front desk to the nurses and doctors, was incredibly kind, attentive and professional. They made my dad feel well cared for, and the entire experience was smooth and reassuring. Overall, I am very happy with the level of care my dad received and would confidently recommend this hospital to others.

I recently had a day procedure here and I can’t thank the admission team, doctors, anaesthetist, and nurses (most of them) enough! Dr Mike Kamara (gynaecologist) has such a friendly, warm and professional demeanour. You can tell that he knows exactly what he’s doing and although it wasn’t the result I wanted he did everything he could. Nurses Ray and Claudia were phenomenal and I could not have asked for better people to look after me when I needed to unexpectedly stay in the hospital overnight. Claudia was my morning nurse and she made sure I was okay and treated me with kindness. Unfortunately, another nurse who I won’t name made me feel uncomfortable, unsupported and filled me with anxiety when it wasn’t necessary. She had an unprofessional demeanour and it was unacceptable.

Thankyou to Glengarry Hospital and all the staff for making my eight year old sons surgery and recovery stress free for a parent and an exceptionally high level of health care shown to my son. The Hospital was clean, staff professional yet caring and the food service was excellent. I would give 6 STARS if I was able to. Thankyou once again Glengarry Hospital.

Came for a day surgery on Wednesday (for myself) - Very nice staff and clean facilities. They did go above and beyond to make sure my Mum was comfortable as we did live an hour away. Very happy with my time at the hospital (even said i was having the time of my life - i had just woken up on anesthetics haha).

Very professional and friendly staffs plus comfy bed and clean room. I just had tonsillectomy and staying here tonight. I'm alone but feeling very warm. All doctos, nurses and reseptions are wonderful! They asked me How Im feeling, explained to me with questions, what they going to do and what i like to eat as well. Thanks Dr Shane, Dr Byrne, Laura, Amanda, Steph, Lisa and more staffs (sorry don't remember ur name i was General anesthesia ;;; all Thank you so much!

Great service from the Front Office Staff and most of the Nurses. The Surgeon and Anaesthetist were fantastic, very informative. The only issue was the Nurse who decided to give me her opinion about the medication I'm on. No... Just no...You are not my treating Practitioner!
