We just ate at this cafe and we found them to be rude about anything we asked. All they wanted to do was get rid of us. I ordered a salad wrap and the response was ugh. The food was fresh. The young Asian guy when he delivered the food to the table I told him not to be so rude and the response was a laugh. If you are not going to be polite to customers get a job out of the public eye. I have never written a review before and people should learn to be polite
I used to come here everytime i came to Dubbo for work and the food was always exceptional, hot and tastes great. This time after 5 years since my last visit. I ordered my usual chips cheese and gravy and I bit into my first chip and the entire thing was cold. When I talked to them about the food it was met with disagreement that the food should be hot in the warmer. While I did obtain a refund for my food I was incredibly disappointed with the attitude I received when I was questioning the food safety given that I had just received extremely cold food. When I touched the warmer it was also completely cool to the touch and was not at all warm enough. I would request completely fresh if youre going to order form here.
Got 2 scones yesterday they gave me one thing of jam for one scone when ask 2 more got chargerd $1.40 one of thoses jams is only enough for one side and cream they gave was also only enough for one side I have ever only got one jam when getting scones so disappointing
Chicken kebabs are so fricking good and the chip on the sticks holy moly and wonderful people working there
Had a Chicken Avocado Sandwich today and it was fresh and yum! The presentation of sandwiches looked great too! Will be back for sure!
Got a chicken, lettuce and Mayonnaise roll today. Worst I've ever had. Roll itself Waa stale, chicken incredibly dry. That's the small amount of chicken there was on the roll. Zero Mayonnaise, zero butter, zero flavour. Will never buy there again
I ordered a spud and half an hour later it has t come so I went up to the counter and they said another 10 min so I got my money back won’t be going there again
