Sergio's Cake Shop Mt Druitt

Sergios is a coffee shop.in Westfield Mt Druitt , they have an amazing selection of fresh cakes and slices and the coffee is good . The cafe is clean and the staff friendly and helpfull .

Service was really good and the cake tasted nice too. However, I placed my order two days in advance, and on the pickup day they told me they hadn’t received the cake from the factory. So they had to give me one from the display. That was a bit disappointing and inconvenient. Overall, good service and taste, but they should improve communication and reliability with orders.

I had an amazing experience at Sergio’s Mt. Druitt! The customer service was top-notch, and Christina went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Her friendly and helpful attitude really made a difference. Highly recommend this place for excellent service!

It's virtually impossible to find cherry pies in Sydney. Luckily I spotted family sized pies. And reasonably priced. Great service from the Filipina too. Highly recommended.

This is the second time I have ordered from Sergio’s, and I should have known not to come back. The first time I ever ordered pastries from them they completely forgot my order when I arrived to collect them, and then they tried to tell me that I had already collected the pastries, even though I was the only one who knew about the order. However I decided to give them a second chance months later and it is safe to say I am never returning. I was told the cake would be fresh and ready to collect sunday morning. The cake was not fresh and it was very obvious. Upon asking the worker they said that the cake was made the day before and that was the last one available. Not good enough, after spending a fair amount of money there and being told it would be fresh, I am beyond disappointed. Do not order from them, waste of money.

Sergio's is normally a great place to come for coffee but today.I got there at the wrong time of day . They were only serving takeaway an hour before close 🤔not sure why ,there were only 3 tables with people at them , ( at one table only was a lady on her own.) Our coffee comes in a takeaway cups and cake in a cardboard box ..... This was to eat at the table , inside the cafe. Waste of a box & I was losing half of my cake up the side of the box , trying to get it out. If you don't want to wash up...consider paper plates that can be thrown out. Perhaps put some signage up and let people they'll be eating their cake out of a box if they come in for cake around 4.30. Not a huge deal - but I sit in a cafe at the end of the day to enjoy the whole experience - disappointing experience today.
