I got a lash lift/tint and eyebrow wax/tint on Monday and had the best experience. Kristy was so friendly and easy to talk to. She did a fantastic job - best job I’ve had done in a while. Very highly recommend and I will be back!! Thank you Kristy 🙂

Got my septum done one Tuesday and my piercer was lovely, however unfortunately it was crooked. i hoped it was just swelling but thankfully the woman said i could let it close up and just get it redone for free. second time round i laid down to get a good position and reduce the risk of fainting. perfect placement and a great chat with my piercer. only downside was not getting piercing spray but thankfully i had some from past piercings. great place to get piercings!

I was recommended to the chirnside store because of the experience of a friend for eyebrow tinting. As my eyebrows are scarce I was recommended to try a henna treatment next time… when I asked could I have it now… even though I hadn’t booked the time, it was a yes. The cost wasn’t over the top. Tori spent an hour perfecting the right shade in stages so next time it would be perfect. I’m so happy with the result. I’ll definitely be confident using this salon for any treatment I need.

I only go to EB for my treatments. The ladies, are all welcoming, lovely and friendly, chatty, professional and do a great job. I always leave feeling happy feeling happy.

Annalise is ridiculously good at what she does, I’ve had two appointments with her for piercings and both times have been so fast, perfect placement and absolutely no pain even through scar tissue. She’s so warm and welcoming and I love every time I come in. I have really bad experiences at other places but I’ll be booking exclusively here from now on everyone here is so friendly if I could give 6 stars I would!
