BEC + BRIDGE Chadstone

I visited Bec + Bridge on Black Friday where I’m a regular customer . The staff were overly friendly, and helpful. However, when I returned the very next day to exchange a top I had purchased the night before, the service was completely different. The team acted like they were doing me a "once-off" favour, ignored my questions, and didn’t make eye contact. I couldn’t find anything I wanted and asked if I could receive a voucher to use online instead. I was told "no" and felt brushed off throughout the interaction. In the end, I felt pressured into buying something I didn’t want just to complete the exchange. This kind of service in 2025 is disappointing. I love the Bec + Bridge brand, but the lack of consistency and customer care really affected my experience. I hope the store can improve their approach, because customer service should never make someone feel like an inconvenience—especially when they’re simply trying to exchange something they purchased less than 24 hours earlier. This is giving desperate and fake customer service for the brand like they just want to get rid off their clothes and don’t want to deal with exchanges.My whole shopping experience is now ruined and unfortunately won’t be purchasing from them. I honestly can’t get over the outstanding service at Chaddy even though it was so busy with the sales the girls made sure I was looked after and happy I can’t get over the extraordinary service Every time I shop from there !! Massive thank you

I wasn’t sure what to find for an event I have coming up and the two ladies there were so kind & pulled so many different styles on my "garden party" type aesthetic I was going for! I ended up falling in love with this gorgeous dress that I never would’ve picked for myself!! They were so sweet and really knew what would suit me, the only Bec + Bridge store I’ll go to from now on!! I can’t remember the girls names but it was at around 11am, one had curly blonde hair & the other was brunette! xx

The divas in this store were the nicest EVER. They were so sweet and I overheard them showing someone next to me pieces they had coming in that might suit her. Super lovely experience.

The service from the 3 girls who worked Wed morning 23 July was amazing!! They were so helpful and so professional and helped me find 2 perfect dresses that I never would have thought to pick! So calm and kind and knowledgeable of their stock :))

I went into the store last Friday night to find a last minute dress for a wedding. One of the girls had kindly put aside a dress for me to try on but when I arrived I was the only one in the store and was met with 2 girls working there who made me feel really uncomfortable and judged. When I walked out of the change room to look in the mirror they stood at the front and pointed at me and didn’t offer me any help and were whispering to one another when I was the only one in the store. They didn’t interact and even though the dress was okay I didn’t end up buying it because I felt so uncomfortable and deflated about my interactions. I was surprised by this because I often go into the emporium store and am met by lovely girls with warm positive demeanours so I’m not sure why the vibe was so different here. Unfortunately its not a store id ever go back to.

I went here yesterday to buy a dress for a formal event. The girls there made me feel so confident and were so accomodating. My shape can be hard to fit so they pulled out heaps of different sizes for me to try and they advised what colours and shapes complimented my body. It was just the confident boost I needed thank you so much Dani! There was another lady there with dark brown hair she was also fantastic - I didn’t grab her name! Thank you! 😘😘😘
