I highly recommend True Love Bridal Couture. From the first time I went to the shop trying to find my dress, to the trial and when I went to bring the dress back, they were very kind and helpful. The dress made me look like a princess and it made my day.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience. My wedding dress was altered and made significantly smaller than agreed. I even have proof that I messaged and called the business a day before and she told me "just do it tighter" When I contacted the business to raise my concerns on the day of the wedding and after my wedding day, I was dismissed and my messages were ignored. I have followed up multiple times and, to this day, I have not received a response. This was my wedding dress — something very important and sentimental — and the lack of care, accountability, and basic customer service has been upsetting. I expected professionalism and communication, but instead I was met with silence. I would not recommend this business based on my experience. Please be cautious and ensure everything is clearly documented before proceeding.

All the girls at True Love Couture Bankstown are so lovely and helpful. They helped me find the perfect wedding dress and were so quick and professional with the alterations done in-house - nothing was too much trouble and I really appreciated their expertise and suggestions. They were not pushy either like some other places I went to. My dress is gorgeous and so many people commented on it on the day. I highly recommend them to any bride-to-be!

I highly recommend this shop if you’re looking for a ballgown wedding dress. Their range is absolutely stunning, and they are happy to work with you to make any adjustments or customisations to the dress. Their accessories are also beautiful. Everything ran very smoothly from start to finish and there was zero stress involved throughout the entire process. This is the first store I visited and I was so blown away by their dresses that I picked one right away without exploring other stores as I was confident I wouldn’t find anything close to this elsewhere. I got so many compliments on the dress. Thanks for all your help 🙂
