Fresh Soul Bankstown - Formal, Cocktail & Party Dresses

Went into the store today and noticed a coat I liked, but unfortunately it wasn’t in my size. I asked one of the team members for help, her name was Josie (I believe, as it was on my receipt). She was not only incredibly helpful but also had such a lovely presence. She quickly found the correct size for me, and because of her amazing service, I ended up buying a top as well, even though I originally came in just for the coat. Her communication and professionalism were outstanding. Honestly, I would return to that store just because of her, and I’d probably buy something just knowing she’s working. Excellent service

I went into the store for an exchange. The lady was very rude and made me feel very uncomfortable.

I purchased a dress, but unfortunately, the garment was faulty. The straps for the belt were damaged. When I approached the store manager for an exchange, they refused to assist me. The manager's lack of basic customer service skills and the appalling service I received made the situation even more frustrating. Don't waste your time here you better off shopping at sheike.

Dealt with Lizz in store and over the phone she was amazing she’s so helpful and made everhtinh easy for me by going above and beyond

A big shoutout to lovely Hana - I have never had a salesperson go above and beyond to create an individualised shopping experience. Her warm and friendly demeanour was a delight!

I came today to buy a dress with my husband and Hana was absolutely fantastic. She has a great knowledge and taste. She advised me well and I got the perfect dress. I will definitely come back
