The team at Pic Cha Booth were so lovely and easy to work with. We were running an event as a not-for-profit with minimal budget and they were supportive and accommodating! Everyone at our event had so much fun taking pictures and the large variety of props, backdrops, picture options, filters etc were all amazing.

Naga provided great customer service & the quality of the pictures & Gifs were excellent. Seamless service, easy to use and everyone had lots of fun creating their own pictures. Thank you

DO NOT USE these UNPROFESSIONAL Photo Booth providers. We had a beautiful wedding with a perfectly set up guest table prior to the photo booth providers arriving on site. Like most brides and grooms we did not have time to monitor things throughout the night and much to our dismay we arrived home to find our beautiful linen wedding guest book alongside a dodgey tackey little black book, both half signed and incomplete. Whilst it seems like a small thing, it was disappointing to see something so silly had happened because of these vendors were not able to use some common sense or consult our wedding planner before putting down their own dodgey book which confused our guests. They ruined what would have otherwise been our significant memorabilia from our guests.

I recently used PicChaBooth for our work Christmas Party, this is the 2nd time I've used this company and each time the service has been fantastic. From the booking, payment and creation of our digital prints. The assistant on the night was also fantastic and extremely helpful. I'll definitely be booking with you guys again 🙂

Pic-Cha-Booth very kindly provided a photobooth for our live showcase. Fantastic setups, friendly staff, and easy to deal with. Nothing was too much trouble. Couldn't recommend them highly enough!

We hired them for our wedding and the service in the lead up was good, but the day itself a disaster. Despite having used them for a birthday previously I think they expanded and we had two unqualified staff and a faulty machine which seemed to be a different version from previous booking. The machine was broken most of the event, unable to print or function smoothly. Sadly they also provided our guestbook which they were to manage but instead it was left in its box until I (the bride) noticed and put it out at 10:30pm for guests. I on many occasions had to approach the staff (who despite understanding little English were friendly) for updates, while they are constantly on the phone to the owner trying to sort the issue. This is not what any couple wants to happen on their wedding day.
