Booked my daughter’s 12th birthday after discussing details directly with Paul (owner). Paid in full as per the quote, yet days before the party I was incorrectly told payment was outstanding and had to resend receipts to prove full payment, which was frustrating so close to the event. On the day, the event was poorly managed with only one staff member running the party. One of the promised activities was broken and we were not informed beforehand. The venue did not match what is shown on social media. Overall, a very stressful and disappointing experience for what should have been a special celebration.

What a fantastic night we had recently, celebrating a joint birthday party for our 12 year old daughters. Paul and his team were so easy to work with right from the start. From planning and supporting our vision, to being available for questions and follow up, to attentiveness and utmost care on the night, we can’t thank you enough Paul! Kids and adults alike all had a wonderful time, and were blown away with all the entertainment and excitement that the venue caters for so well. The silent disco was a huge hit, encouraging the adults to hit the dance floor too. It really was a night to remember, and that’s thanks to the wonderful features that this venue offers, along with the dedication and genuine support offered by Paul and the team. It exceeded all our expectations and so many of our guests have confirmed the same!
