I had a few items I wanted to sell for cash, the person who served me & my partner was very rude abrupt. My Watch isn't worth $50 that's all i was offered when the original price was $400. I decided to sell it via market place I received a good offer higher then $50 ! I find this place want something for very little, if it's good condition don't Rip customer off. We all know your store will resell item for alot more then the price offered. Market Place eBay got higher offer's. People don't waste your time with these store's they want items for free basically. False Advertising ' what cash do you offered just enough to buy McDonald's happy meal .... 🤔
Don’t bother coming here to get lowballed. Got offered $100 for meta quest 3, $2 for Death Stranding 2 and Elden Ring on PS5 😂😂

Very poor customer service guy not really interested in engaging He seems more engaged when he spends his time at savers store across the road I asked about an item I wanted to sell he said not interested and made fun of the item
Customer service very average. I asked how is the fella going at the counter and he responded with a very simple response " good" with no other comments of making his customers feel welcome. And then to top it off offered me a ridiculous price for brand new speakers and I sold for double what he offered me the very next day on market place. Will not return and wouldn’t recommend.
I’m pretty sure they did a dodgy in hindsight. I went in with two gold items, the guy didn’t even weigh them and said I’ll give you $200, they are worth a hell of a lot more! Aren’t they meant to do the scratch test to see what type of gold it is and then weigh the item and then tell you how much it’s worth?? Don’t trust these guys, very disappointed.
Small, organised and tidy store. Does not do loans. Staff are helpful and kind.
