Theresa, the store manager is wonderful! My husband had purchased a cross for me but the hinge was faulty. She managed to trace back my purchase and allowed us exchange it with something else and pay the difference, she was very helpful and kind! Great experience dealing with her!

All's well that ends well. and, in the end, everything all turned out and I got the ring I wanted. Bought our wedding rings here on a very short notice just 3 weeks before our big day! Luke & Craig are the best 2 people I've ever had the pleasure of knowing. They handled everything from getting in the right sizes, to making sure the rings come in on time and even when my fiance's ring (custom made) was not exactly how he wanted it to be, Luke still tries to fix the issue. I had a problem with a piece of jewellery that I had purchased for a special occasion. Simone and Theresa went above and beyond to sort the problem out. I had a great experience as a customer.

WARNING!!! Please be aware that this franchise does not do refunds, even within a 12 hour period. I bought my wife a $150 item, turns out she didn't like it, the best the store manager Donna would do is a gift card. When I called their State Office I spoke with Helen 3 times (each time I was told I would be called back, this did not happen, I needed to call back each time) before I was told this is their policy and that I simply could not have a refund. So Buyers BEWARE, I'm amazed that such a large brand would be so petty, understand that I will not purchase from this brand again

I can give 0 starts. Would not recommend this store. They have no loyalty towards customers. Theresa ,the manageress had no compassion nor professional. The product I bought ( a paid of hoop earrings keep falling off ). A another elderly lady said she would fix the issue and she wanted Theresa to help me. She said if is not a faulty product and she refused to refund. It was a refund of just 40 dollars. She said she can exchange to anything else. I did not want to buy anything else as in the same order I bought other jewellery too . Absolutely rude. She was treating customers like kids. I just walked out. Never ever will buy anything from them. I have bought all my gifts from them

Zero for customer service as there was none. Been to this store twice and same story both times. They served customers before me and skipped me right over when it was my turn. No apologies, no I will be right there, just ignored me. Will avoid this store in the future.
