I popped into Michael Hill to pick up a small Christmas gift. Even though they didn’t have enough stock in-store, "Mrs. Elsa"made the whole experience so easy and enjoyable. Her friendly and helpful service really brightened my day. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for excellent customer service this holiday season!

I had a wonderful experience buying rings from "Amol". From the very beginning, he made the whole process feel comfortable and special. He was patient, understanding, and genuinely interested in helping me choose the perfect ring. Instead of rushing the decision, he explained the different designs and details clearly, which made it much easier to find something meaningful. What stood out the most was his honesty and professionalism. He made sure I felt confident about my choice and never pressured me. The quality of the ring was beautiful, and you could tell it was crafted with care. The entire experience felt smooth, stress-free, and memorable. I truly appreciate the effort and sincerity Amol showed throughout the process.

Customer service at Michael Hill can be hit-and-miss, especially at the head-office level, but her kindness, gentleness, and positive energy genuinely won me back as a customer. She spent two hours helping me choose a beautiful diamond ring for my mum, and my mum absolutely loved it. Thank you, Snez.

Great customer service, I went into everything jewellery in the shopping centre and this was easily the best, with the staff showing interest, being friendly and most of all helpful. Helping me choose my wedding band they helped pick something out that complemented my engagement ring beautifully 😍

I definitely recommend this Michael Hill store—especially Amol. He was brilliant with recommendations and found us great deals that aren’t usually advertised clearly in the store. I went to go get a wedding band and was looked after by the wonderful Usha. She made me feel very welcomed and made the whole experience very precious. She even made the effort to speak to my partner from Sydney via FaceTime. I have never felt so happy. I ended up leaving with an engagement and wedding ring. Thank you so much!!
